At Roundhouse Coaching we believe in authentically enabling people who want to make a difference, for themselves, for others, for the world.

Often things that show up as not being how we want them are a result of an underlying inconsistency between what we are committed to and what we are actually doing in our lives. By focusing and becoming clear about the things can be hidden from us our true intentions surface and can be fulfilled in ways that are authentic and sustaining.

Coaching from Roundhouse is uniquely crafted to fit personal requirements and draws on multiple coaching approaches and models as well as professional qualifications and years of experience.

Roundhouse has three guiding principles:

Coaching Programmes

Roundhouse Coaching Programmes are designed to be flexible and tailored to specifically meet your requirements. Programmes commonly comprise 7 x 1.5 hour sessions delivered over a 6 month period followed by a review session.

Coaching can take place face to face or remotely, in a range of locations and at times that suit you.

One 4 One

A Social Enterprise model for coaching:

For every hour of coaching paid for by a sponsor or coachee, an equivalent hour is provided to someone in need who can’t afford to pay for it.

The one 4 one coaching model means that you getting coached helps someone else get coached for free. By you choosing to work with a one 4 one coach from Roundhouse great things are made possible for others.

Code of Practice

Roundhouse coaching is confidential and all Roundhouse coaches are supervised in line with recognised Institute of Leadership and Management best practice.
